This medical centre was established in 1993 and is  staffed by trained, supervised volunteers and funded through donations by the public and churches. They help women with regard to crisis pregnancy and pregnancy loss by offering emotional support, practical assistance, information and friendship

The centre was established when it was discovered there were no facilities where a woman faced with an unwanted pregnancy could go for information and help.

They offer post-abortion counselling, and help those who have suffered a miscarriage.

    I’m 23 years old, I’m doing my second year at varsity. I was on birth control and I am not sure how it happened because I just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant.
    I’m not ready for this and it is depressing me. My boyfriend is very supportive but still I’m worried about my studies. Lately, I can’t even eat, the thought of what this is going to do to my parents terrifies me. I’m not sure what to do. Please help me.
