Everybody has something that they can improve on in their lives. There is no such thing as perfection and the sooner everyone understands this, the sooner we may all be able to accept who we are and be happier with our lives. Do you like what you see when you look in the mirror? Not your physical appearance but the person you are, the way you treat people and your set of morals and values. If you do not like whom you are, self development can put you on the right path to becoming a better person. You can get the skills to analyse yourself and find out what your strengths and weaknesses are. You can also learn to use your strengths to benefit you and how to improve on your weaknesses.
