They are a  registered medical scheme which is administered by Metropolitan Health Group (MHG) with managed care services rendered by Qualsa Health Risk Management.

They have contracted with Qualsa Healthcare (Pty) Ltd to provide a Medicine Risk Management Programme for the benefit of members who have been diagnosed with certain chronic conditions and to also provide a Maternity Programme for the benefit of pregnant members.
